At DMX, quality assurance starts with raw material processing. We control every phase of refining our raw materials, from start to finish.

Using the latest in production technology, we refine and modify HDPE compounds by adding UV inhibitors, impact modifiers, processing aids and coupling agents. Our polymer engineers are constantly challenging themselves to develop better and better compounds.

Samples from each resin batch go to our onsite test lab, one of the best equipped in the business. Our technologists and technicians perform stringent tests to assure quality and consistency.
